  • Obtain all the documents required to make up the Contract for Sale of Land for marketing your property
  • Prepare the Contract and forward to your Real Estate Agent for the purposes of Marketing
  • Arrange for the preparation of the Discharge of Mortgage
  • Handle all other matters necessary to take your sale through to completion
